Arts Programs
Explore your creative side, gain confidence, and have fun expressing yourself. We offer a wide range of art classes, taught by passionate and experienced instructors.
What are the benefits of an arts education?
Students that take a combination of arts programs demonstrate improved verbal, reading, and math skills, and also show a greater capacity for higher-ordered thinking skills such as analyzing and problem-solving.
How early should we show up to class:
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class begins. It’s also important to pick up your child no later than 5 minutes after class ends.
What is your refund policy:
If you change your mind a refund is granted with a minimum of two weeks notice. A 3% administration fee is required for each refund.
What happens in case of illness:
If your child misses their whole session suddenly due to illness or other extenuating circumstances we will grant a credit towards your next class.
Are the art projects new each session:
Yes, our instructors try to ensure new painting and drawing lessons are delivered each session.
Are the art materials included:
Yes, canvasses, paper, paint, brushes, pencils, and sculpture materials are included. We provide paint aprons for kids and adults. Each drawing participant receives an individual sketchbook on the first day. Final drawing projects are sent home in a frame on the last day. Drama participants have a choice of costumes for their plays also.
Do we need to bring anything to class?
The drama and painting studios both have washrooms and water fountains, but some participants prefer to bring a water bottle.
Drama, acting and improv participants will need socks for the studio. Shoes are not worn in the drama studio.
Can we pay online?
Yes, preferred payment is by credit/debit online. The only way to register and guarantee your spot in class is through online payment.
Can we buy an Arts on FIre T-Shirt?
Yes, if we have the right size in stock! Shirts are $25 and payment is by cash or e-transfer.
Do you have any deals?
Save 10% on your second or more week of camp registration.
Save 10% on your second and third child’s registration for the SAME camp and classes (does NOT apply to sibling enrolment if they are in a different class or week of camp).
Do your instructors have a vulnerable sector/police check?
Absolutely! We pay for them ourselves.
What happens if my child doesn’t like the class?
If another class is available they can make a switch, no problem. We will refund you the difference if it’s a cheaper class or you would pay the difference for a more expensive class. Otherwise a credit is offered for a later event.
